SUBCONTRACT/PROCUREMENT- May 29, 2013 – Recognition for the emergency procurement extra ordinary duty performance of non-duty hours of electrical cable due to power outage and camp shut down at Camp Alvarado (USA Department of State Camp) to support the prime power supply at the camp. Coordinated with the vendor to obtain the materials and services needed as well as negotiated the best price possible for the program.
➢ Knowledge of Supply Chain. Aviation/Aircraft parts, products and services specialization. Sourcing from USA, Afghanistan, Middle East and International/foreign vendors and maintains good Subcontractors/vendors/suppliers business relations. Responsible on the preparation and administration of major Subcontracts, task orders and subsequent amendments. Task includes the negotiation of terms and condition, analyzes of price, creation of Subcontracts documents, to include the Construction projects and Contracts.
➢ Responsible for preparation of RFQ, RFP, RFI, Purchase Order(PO), Contracts /Subcontracts to include the Statement of Work (SOW), Master Service Agreement (MSA), Blanket Purchase Agreement(BPA) service Purchase Order. Participates in teaming agreement solicitations received and provides recommendations regarding outsourcing requirements to business management proposal team. Responsible for monitoring subcontractor’s performance, and management derivatives and payment invoices. Responsible of Subcontract performance, proactively identifying potential issues, negotiation solutions.
➢ Ensures and responsible all subcontracts/ Purchase Order are in accordance with legal requirements, customer specifications and government regulations (Federal Acquisition Regulation-FAR). Responsible to have the best deal of the highest quality goods and services at the lowest possible cost. To accomplish of studying sales records and inventory levels of current stock, identifying foreign and domestic suppliers, and keeping abreast of changes affecting both the supply of, and demand for, needed products and materials.
➢ Responsible for ensuring to consider price, quality, availability, reliability, and technical support when choosing suppliers and merchandise. Support the working technical knowledge of the goods or services to be purchased. Evaluates bids, selects and recommends subcontractors. Negotiates price quality services, and negotiates to settles with Subcontractors regarding damaged claims, rejections, and losses, return of materials, over-shipments, cancellations and engineering change orders.
