As Kitchen Manager some of my responsibilities consisted of ensuring the quality and safety of Chipotle’s delicious food every day, see to it that the kitchen is clean, organized and well stocked; and that the equipment is properly maintained and in good condition. Throughout the process we are training and developing Crew members, to help them learn to become future Kitchen Managers. At its core, as with every position at Chipotle, it is about promoting teamwork and creating a great customer experience. While on the clock, the Kitchen Manager is always busy on their feet, accomplishing their station’s goals, taking on tasks that they see that need to get done, and pitching-in to help their teammates.

Painted vacant apartments for new tenants
Provided repairs in apartments based on tenants needs
Worked using different equipment such as vacuum cleaner and buffering machine to keep the building floor shinning
Used chemicals as per the prescription mentioned on them to keep the environment sanitized
Maintained the building lawn by trimming and cutting shrubs, spraying insecticides and thus, making it look good

Prepares the tables. Staying updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, knowing if the kitchen staff is running out of any items, etc.
Presenting menus, suggesting dishes, assisting in drink selection.
Greet all guests and owners warmly with an appropriate greeting.
Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering
desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.
Properly open and pour wine at the tableside.
Filling in for absent staff as needed.
