My job as a Label specialists is to receive labels from the bindery from the labels they give me I need to pick samples for our clients. I need to match color ,shape , wording to the proofs they give me.Answering phone calls from sales associates regarding there samples for clients answering question they may have. I pick a specific amount of labels depending on the customer Needs.I pull jobs (STD ) that need to be run by the press people, I get sheets from them that I need to look over and file away. I file away STD’S I use the stds to pick my labels to make sure color is correct before I send out labels to clients. I also haved helped in the back of bindery as die cutter help get labels ready for the employees to package and ship.
October 2017 to November 2017
I worked During Halloween season I was a Halloween specialist we would try to help a customer build there costumes if we didn’t have it in stock we would suggest accessories that would go good with their costume they picked out. Every day, I would learn something new with the company which was enjoyable for me. I like to learn new things and interact with customers on a face to face level, so this was a perfect opportunity to do both.

My responsibility was to be at work 15 mins early to get everything ready for the day making sure we have everything turn on from the pre test room also my duty’s was being in the front office answering phone calls scheduling appointments for patients asking questions regarding their information. I would scan papers into the computer files as well as filling other documents I would have to pull insurance authorizations to see the cost of services or even discounts offered . I would pre test patients taking measurements of their eyes before taking them to the doctors room.

My Responsibilities wore always to be on work on time to open the store. Greet each costumer with a smile and a friendly hello always invite the costumers back to the store always make small talk. Assist the customer by helping them with any question or shoes size they may need. Always suggest any other iteam to the customer so they won’t leave empty handed.

My accomplished was how to work faster and under pressure. Also i learn how to organize the shoes by number. section and letter indicated in the box.
