2015 to Present
Intake patients dependent on opiates into an outpatient Medically Assisted Treatment Program. Assist Patients through the process of stabilization. Provide individual therapy. Conduct Biopsychosocial assessments, ongoing drug assessments, education, relapse prevention techniques, life skills training, wellness coaching, and treatment planning. Monitor urine drug screens. Submit authorization for services to various insurance authorities. Monitor treatment service utilization. Manage client authorization service denials and submit appeal reports where warranted. Collaborate with all departments for client’s appeal. Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with state and federal regulatory agencies.

Provide individual and group therapy to individuals struggling with drug, alcohol, gambling, social media, and/or pornography/sex addiction. Conduct drug and alcohol evaluations. Assist clients on probation with court order requirements. Provide ongoing relapse prevention and life skills workshops. Refer residents to community agencies for additional services as needed.
