One of five Dispatchers assigning 80-100 qualified sales leads daily to the outside sales team. Responsible for coordinating
schedules to ensure the quality and number of appointments for each member of the sales team. Also provided training and feedback to sales setters on the quality of their appointments and provided immediate support for sales representatives when
issues arose either prior or during the sales appointment.
June 2016 to May 2017
Made telemarketing calls to establish product needs and set up with an appointment to sell the in home renovation products.
I assisted managers in training employees on logistics. I also worked closely with the dispatch department to organize trips to rural areas to see customers in an efficient manner.
● Cold and warm calling efforts led to approximately $200,000 of monthly revenue.
● Generated an average of 35 qualified leads weekly.
