clinical reports for weekly clinical meetings. Document progress towards goals established by behavioral plans.
Crisis Intervention: Serve as YRCIII counselor in crisis intervention whenever residents are experiencing a crisis or difficult situation in their life and need assistance with utilizing coping skills. Provide resources to aid in conflict
resolution to include, Anger Management and Grief Management.
Youth Counseling: Trained and practiced CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Training) Model to help youth develop positive
social skills and behavior. Provide counseling and outline problems to be addressed, and methods to be used and anticipated results.

Duties included assisting individuals with developmental disabilities with activities of daily living that included meal preparation, laundry, personal hygiene and administration of medications as well as outside activities that included shopping, social events and church services.
